Vera Polozkova in Helsinki.Vera Polozkova’s concert will take place in
Helsinki on April 27th.
Alexander Manotskov, a composer,
musician and long—time creative partner, will join
Vera this evening. They have prepared
a special, festive program — created
specifically for this concert and played
only here.In recent years,
Faith has become a real guide and support for many. Her poetry is
the voice of an epoch, capable of articulating feelings and
experiences that are shared by thousands of people. When
familiar worlds collapsed,
her texts remained
a way to hear herself and not lose her inner support.Polozkova’s texts have been
living in the lives of her readers and
listeners for a long time: they
return to them in order
to hear the right words again. At her concerts,
there is no distance between the stage and the audience: she does not recite
"from top to bottom", but
talks to the audience. It’s
easy to recognize yourself in these works, and therefore they
sound like an inner voice that finally takes shape. Her performances gather f
ull halls in dozens of countries, from Canada to Australia. After the concerts,
people line up to say thank you or share their story.Poems that became famous in previous years,
songs from a new album and prose that is rarely heard at regular concerts
will be performed in Helsinki. The language of the event is Russian.Hurry up and buy
the cheapest early bird tickets. They’re getting scarcer every day.
